How does the sizing run?
True to size with a relaxed fit. Every product page and the size guide show the real garment measurements in inches. If you are between sizes, size up.
What sizes do you carry?
S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL and 5XL in every design, tees and hoodies.
Why is every size the same price?
Bigger blanks cost us more. We absorb the difference instead of charging you extra for your size.
How long until I get my order?
Orders ship within 3-5 business days. US standard shipping takes 5-8 business days total, and you get tracking by email the day it ships.
How much is shipping?
US standard shipping is free on every order, to all 50 states. No minimum.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. For now we only ship to US addresses.
What if it does not fit?
All sales are final. Customers are responsible for choosing the correct size, so please check the size guide in inches before ordering, or email us and we will help you pick.
Can I return it for a refund?
All sales are final. We only accept returns or replacements for defective or damaged items. See our returns policy.
What if my address is wrong?
Customers are responsible for providing the right address. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses, so please double-check it in PayPal before paying.
How do I pay?
With PayPal, or with a debit or credit card through PayPal's secure checkout. We never see or store your card details. The charge may appear as VBwebstudio, the company that operates OZARU.
Do you charge sales tax?
At the moment we do not collect sales tax. If that changes, the amount will be shown before you pay.
How do I wash it?
Inside out, cold water, gentle cycle. Hang dry or tumble dry low. Do not iron the print.
Do you use AI?
Some design explorations and animations use digital tools, including AI. Every final design is finished by us, and every fit photo or video shows a real person wearing the real product.
Are the reviews real?
Yes. We only publish reviews from real customers, good or bad. Until we have them, the review section stays empty.
