Where we ship
All 50 US states. We don't ship to US territories, APO/FPO or international addresses yet.
How long it takes
- Preparation: orders ship within 3-5 business days.
- Delivery: 5-8 business days total from the day you order.
- Peak seasons (Black Friday to Christmas) can add a few days. We will tell you on the product page if that happens.
Tracking
You get the tracking number by email the day your order ships. You can also check it at Track your order. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show the first scan.
Your address
Your order ships to the address you confirm in PayPal. Please double-check it before paying: customers are responsible for providing the right address, and we are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can reship it once you confirm the right one, at the customer's cost.
Lost or damaged in transit
If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email [email protected] with your order number (and a photo if damaged). We will replace it.
