OZARU ("we") runs ozaru.store. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
- Order data: name, email, shipping address and the items you buy. We need it to make, ship and support your order.
- Payment data: handled entirely by PayPal. We never see or store your card number.
- Email for updates: if you give it in the cart, we use it for order emails and, if you don't finish checkout, up to three cart reminders.
- Marketing emails: only if you subscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Analytics and advertising: if enabled, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel collect device and usage data (pages viewed, purchases) using cookies or similar technologies, to measure and improve the store and our ads.
Who processes it for us
- PayPal (payments) · Printful (printing and shipping: name, address, items) · Neon (order database) · Cloudflare (hosting and security) · Resend and Brevo (email) · Google, Microsoft, Meta and TikTok (analytics and ads, if enabled).
We don't sell your personal information. Sharing data with advertising platforms through pixels may count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some US state laws; you can opt out by emailing us or by using your browser's Global Privacy Control, which we honor.
How long we keep it
Order records: as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Unpaid carts: up to 90 days. Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop using it for marketing, by emailing [email protected]. We answer within 30 days. Depending on your state (for example California, Colorado, Virginia), you may have additional rights; we honor them for all US customers.
Children
The store is not directed to children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date above. Material changes will be announced on the site.
